We aim to dispatch orders within 24 working hours of cleared payment being received or a credit account order being submitted. Dependent on the weight of your order it will be dispatched via 2nd class post (smaller orders), larger orders 1.0kg will be dispatched by our preferred courier, Interlink Express.
For orders that are dispatched via courier the aim is that they will be delivered the following working day.
Please note that whilst in the vast majority of occasions delivery is next day this is not guaranteed.
Please ensure you provide an up to date email address when submitting your order online, as when your order is due to be delivered via Interlink Express you will receive an email from Interlink Express quoting your consignment number and you can then track your order online at www.interlinkexpress.com

If we are not able to dispatch an order in full we will contact you and unless instructed otherwise we will hold the order until it is complete
Refunds and Returns of goods
We offer a full refund of our charges if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or no longer require it.
Please contact us to discuss how best to return the item.
An exchange or refund will be given providing we receive the goods in question within 16 days from the date of its original receipt by the customer.
Please note that all returned products must be received by us unused and in a good condition; with all component parts, including any promotional products that may have been included in your purchase before refunds can be given.
The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange and we do not refund the original delivery charges, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage or return the items via a signed for on delivery service.
Where a large quantity is to be returned and no exchange is expected than a re-stocking fee may be deducted from the refund, this fee can vary depending upon the size of the order.
