What types of payment do you accept?

You may pay online using Visa or Mastercard via Stripe,or through your PayPal or Amazon Pay account.

Schools and companies may pay by invoice with 30 day terms, on approval.


Cheques ad online payments accepted.  Wheel barrows full of cash work even better.

Is VAT included in the prices?

We charge VAT where it is applicable at the current rate.  Please note that the aprons and children's clothing suitable for 13 years and under are zero rated items.

When will my order be delivered?

Dispatch times vary according to the size of the order. 

Small items being sent via the post office will arrive within a couple of days of the order being received.
Larger items are sent via our preferred courier and should be delivered within three days.


Are all of your products in stock?

We hold a small stock of all products. Items will be displayed and orders can be taken on "out of stock" items. It takes a week to restock items to our standard levels.


Can I have my school or company logo on the apron?

We are able to place the logo or caption on our poly cotton, PVC and PU coated aprons and smocks.  This can be done by embroidery, vinyl printing and screen printing.  For more information please click here


Can I have the aprons in a different colour?

We are happy to make the aprons to your specifications, be it different colour, size or shape.  


Do your prices include VAT?

All the prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT.  Please note that the aprons for children up to 10 years old are VAT exempt, all other items are charged at the current rate.


How do I return an apron that I have ordered but no longer need?

Please contact us to discuss the return or query.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund.  This should be done within 15 days from the date of originally receiving the item.  
The item must be returned in the original garment bag, securely packaged and in a good state.  Please include a note confirming your contact details.
